Schizobasis intricata is often grown by succulentists as a miniature, but it's not small
in habitat. A friend saw it in Africa in 1997 and said bulbs got to be bigger than
softballs, and spread to cover a planted bed along a building that was many feet long by
over 3 feet wide.
