Luc, It can be cutworm (Agrotis/Scotia segetum larvae), it does eat my Iris × germanica leaves, and have eaten a lot of Iris reticulara flowers. You may like to use some pirethroid or rynaxypyr (which is very effective for smaller Lepidoptera larvae). Janos Hungary
