It's schtsch on the German Wiki, but the English spelling/pronunciation is
shch as in "rash choice" and the name of the character is shchah (in
English).

There is also a Russian character that
represents a consonant sounding like English 'shch', which I presume ends up
as schtsch, at least word-internally -- a consonant cluster that looks as
awful as some in the practical orthography of Siberian Yupik.
