but the Japanese hori-hori sheaths have a happy rabbit on them, which dispels all fears. 

Bob, 	I bought one of these decades ago and wondered what the two Japanese characters under neath the rabbit meant. Can’t reall, but phonetically they are something akin to ‘Bu Nee’ (bunny) so we always call ours the Bunny Knife.
