New bulb book

Sounds like it will be delayed. 

Perhaps the AGS is trying to build a good number for production first.

Oron Peri's /Bulbs of the Eastern Mediterranean /is indeed a very 
valuable reference book. However, I would be profoundly surprised if it 
appears "in time for a holiday gift." I just read the first third of the 
proofs, and have not yet received more. The manuscript and images have 
been at the press for several years. The photos are indeed beautiful, 
and many species familiar to few of us are covered, especially the bulbs 
of the desert and adjacent mountains. Most of the photos were taken in 
habitat.
