We in the Scottish Rock Garden Clubwere saddened yesterday to learn of the death of the well-known nurseryman, Harvey Wrightman in Canada. Wrightmans Alpine Nursery was established in 1985 in Kerwood, Ontario, where super tufa crevice gardens were constructed by Josef Halda and Harvey Wrightman. In spring 2014 Harvey, Irene and their daughter Esther and her family all moved with the nursery to St. Andrews New Brunswick. Harvey will be sorely missed and we send condolences to his family and loved ones. M. Y.
