I was added as well. You can change your Google settings to prevent your account from being able to be automatically added to a group in the future. Go here, enter your email address, and use the link Google sends you. https://groups.google.com/forum/#!optout I have no idea why social media businesses think this is a good idea to allow to begin with (undoubtedly it increases their revenue somehow). It's the same on Facebook, but with no way to opt out. Definitely rude on the part of the group that adds you. Sean Z
