I live in the Maryland suburbs about 14 miles north of the Capitol Building in Washington, D.C. Tulips in bloom today are unlikely to last until mid-April. Don't worry if you miss those tulips: Washington D.C. is probably one of the most beautiful cities in the world at this time of year - there will be plenty to see.
