I do not think it is appropriate to rate bulb suppliers or any plant supplier as we are doing in this thread. Rate the supplier on the site you purchased it. If the bulb vendor is not found on our sites listing of recommended sources ask members to privately email you their opinion. There are too many variables in determining good or bad vendors.
