Dear Jane and all, It is important to note that any comments about bulb problems are just that one person’s experience and do not reflect the total experience from this dealer. If you suspect a repeat pattern of dubious practices you might mention this. Many aspects of a bulb's travels from seller to buyer are beyond the seller’s control- delays in shipment, weather problems, if international, there might be inspection delays and much more. I am sure I have experienced them all from the most reliable growers around. One experience does NOT reflect the normal or routine experiences from most sellers who try to do their best to make their customers happy and return for more business. Best Jim W.
