I too get occasional emails from Seeds by Post, promoting both his seed sales, and his magazine. I have not opted out from receiving them and they come about once every two months. I have not subscribed to the magazine, but I did order a few seeds from him in the Autumn. He sent a couple of bonus packets, but his packets did not contain a lot of seeds, and were fairly expensive, Some have germinated and so far as I can tell, all the genera were correct. I regard him as a bona fide seed merchant.
