It's winter time. I wonder if they froze somewhere along their journey? I've purchased bulbs from the PBS BX in winter with the same mushy result. That doesn't make PBS BX a bad vendor or source, nor was it their responsibility to replace my loss. That eBay seller's rating seems pretty good. I wonder if the better warning here might be to be careful of buying bulbs in winter? Dennis in Cincinnati
