What a nice surprise for May Day, to read the note from Arthur about the new Amaryllid book from South Africa. It was a wonderful accompaniment to finishing the first heavy weeding in my garden for spring, and enjoying all the spring bulbs and irises that are flowering there now. And planting bulbs I’ve grown from seed. Thank you to the PBS board for taking on the distribution of this title.
