Urginea message

This year my urginea did not bloom in the spring, as usual. Mine spends the winter in the garage in enforced dormancy, summer in a pot with summer shade but exposed to rain and watered often to keep the leaves green. Buried in soil to the shoulders. No offsets after several years. Do enjoy the bloom.

I keep the large pots in my carport over the summer, exposed to the heat but not the sun nor rain. In winter I bring them out into full sun and keep them moist.
