Steve, I think it would be better classified as a BC1F2 (Sprekelia crossed and backcrossed to Hippeastrum and selfed), assuming Durga Pradhan was an F1. And even that assumes that all the Hippeastrum involved were the same species. David Lehmiller has done a lot of Sprekelia intergeneric crosses but I don't know anyone else.
