Not much new has happened since the last court appearance of three of the four suspects from what I have been reading online. Some of the reported conversations that the suspects had are not encouraging, they sound like deranged terrorists incapable of basic human decency. The SA police are still looking for a fourth suspect that goes by the name Bazooka. What really pisses me off is that the couple that plotted the whole horrible thing were already accused of setting fire to a cane field I think, and thus could have been locked away and thus unable to have committed this far worse crime. It is strangely quiet in the news for many days now, not sure why, but it makes me wonder if it is deliberately so for some undisclosed reason. There appear to be many of us worldwide whose hearts ache over this terrible situation and wake up every day wondering what happened to Rod and Rachel and hoping there some small chance that they could be alive and returned to safety. But what little has been reported is not encouraging.
