He offered the same tubers last fall. (Unless this is an unrelated batch of
another blue viviparous Nympaea.)

He moved from Germany (?) to Portugal, and found the water lilies already
in place there. He has no further information on them. Though, maybe he has
found out some information since then. He tends to only check/respond to
emails after about a week, so it may be a bit before he responds to you.

Here is the only information he gave in the Fall (BX 435): From Uli Urban
8. Nymphaea viviparous hybrid, blue, leaf tubers
 After observation one summer in Portugal, I would like to stress that it
should not be allowed to escape into natural ponds as it might become
invasive in an apropriate climate. Every leaf is able to become a new plant.
