Sorry I can't recommend anything in Seattle, but I've had good luck in Southern California with #16 granite grit that I buy at a local feed store. It's sold as a "feed grit" for poultry and game birds. I use #16 in UC mix, and #10 as a top dressing. I mention all this in case a feed store may be closer to you than a building supply store.
