Hey Will, are you the person responsible for “sneaking” the Note into the Treatment Manual about small lots of seeds not needing fumigation treatment if they’re inspected visually by hand? It’s such a nice exemption and no one I spoke to at the LAX APHIS knew about it until I pointed it out to them. And I only found it by accident as I was scrolling through the treatment manual to see what kinds of things fumigation required. It seems like something you would do.
