After procrastinating for years, I'd like to add some newer photos to the wiki. However, I no longer have an application to downsize and crop the photos as I'd like. Can someone recommend such an application that is fairly easy to purchase and download, and not complicated like Photoshop? I used to use one called Irfanview, but when I tried to get a version for my present computer, I wasn't able to without signing up for something I didn't want. Thanks!
