This is a friendly group of plant people always willing to help and give advice. I myself made the mistake several times of sending my message to all, before realizing that I can’t just hit “reply” to the original message, and needed to send a new e-mail to Albert for the items wanted. It isn’t necessarily intuitive, since most of the time when you hit “reply” (not “reply all”), you are sending a message to the original sender and not to everyone.
