Unknown white spring flowers

Isn’t it amazing, though, how “bad” bulbs in one area can’t really thrive in others. Here in Central Texas this small clump hasn’t been able to multiply much at all and doesn’t set seed. Spends most of its life dormant. I think I will pull them up, on general principles. We already have a terribly invasive relative, nicknamed ‘crow poison’, that has rice-like bulbs and sets copious seed. That is enough of a gift from nature for my garden! Thanks to all who responded.
