Looks like Dianella caerulea, at least at first glance.
I had one that grew too well. These are used as landscaping where I work.
It makes attractive blue seed pods more showy than the flowers.

I do not see it on the pbs wiki. It might not be considered a geophyte,
although it has that look above-ground.
