That page has at the bottom links to archives of old BX, those are what go up to 300. The payment section invites you to enter a BX number, that is not limited. I'd use the PBS list archive to discover which BX I was paying for. However you pay I believe that including the BX number with your payment is very helpful to the PBS treasurer. It used to be nice to see the archives of BX.
