BX progress, or not

Only parcels 13 oz or greater require a  meter or just showing your ID at the window if you use stamps  There needs to be room for them to rubber stamp each parcel with the aviation stamp that is restricted to one employee to prove that you are the person mailing it.  I used to do that. Unless it was recently change that is current.
