Hi Erika, Lisa: I’ve had this happen to me too in the past. I recall the advice from David Pilling is to attach the photo as a jpg picture file, and not to paste it as a photo into the main body of the email (e.g. like you would do sending photos in an email or text to friends and family). The photo has to be in a separate file so that the email system can detach this from the inbound email and have it embedded as a link in the distributed email. If you attach the photos as jpgs then that should solve to problem I believe. Good luck!
