If someone is looking for processed garlic, Costco carries it's Kirkland Signature brand Minced California Garlic, that is 100% California grown. Garlic, in water with citric acid added. Shelf stable until opened then refrigerate. BTW, I grow Chesnok Red, a purple stripe variety that grows well for me here in California.
