Can anybody help? I have several clumps of various dieramas which after the winter look very scruffy ~ a mix of dead, half dead and green leaves. With care the dead can be pulled out, but the result is little better and doing it long winded. Would shearing the entire clump at the end of the year cause problems long term by reducing flowering?
