I try and keep away from insecticides too in general but every day it is annoying; that is why I use alcohol. Ethanol based, or maybe isopropanol would work to, i.e. rubbing alcohol. Not tried the latter.Brian Whyer

They do massive damage to my lilies. I go out at least twice a day and inspect my plants and grab and smoosh the buggers. I want to avoid insecticides.
