Mystery NOID

This is among many of my NOID plants that have miraculously survived 4 long distance moves in 3 years. It in in a small pot with at least 2 other bulb species, all dormant. This diminutive flower spike grew seemingly overnight (OK maybe 5) and this one inch (2.5cm) flower opened today. The single  tag in the pot reads Ammocharis longifolia, which I'm pretty sure died off long ago.  Does it look familiar to any of my bulbophile friends? Thanks in advance.
