Before testing, spend some time image-searching under the possible causes
and see if you can get closer to the suspected organism or cultural issue.
That's gonna help focus any subsequent testing. The pics you shared
reminded me of rust infections on arisaemas, and also of Dasheen Mosaic
virus symptoms.
