BX/SX For South Pacific

Hello all,
I think Bruce is correct. If you could establish an SX for Australia/New
Zealand, that would be wonderful.
The rest would be up to us Aussies to make sure we only order seed species
that are on the list of permitted imports.
I expect that this would work quite well,

Perhaps I should have clarified and simply suggested SX for the Southern
Pacific countries.  Importing bulbs into Australia is simply not a
consideration for your average gardener - the hoops, paperwork & quarantine
issues are just horrific.  No, my enquiry was only for us to be able to
once again participate in the seed exchange as we have in the past.
