Attention European Union country Members

Hi Robin,

This part confuses me: We very much apologize towards our non EU
members. This new scheme can only
be accessed by members with a postal address within the European Union (and
the United Kingdom for this year). We are very sorry not to be able to post
outside the EU (and UK) for legal reasons.

Are you saying that US members can no longer participate in the BX/SX? Or,
are we now going to receive two separate offerings; one for the USA, and
one for the EU?

Sorry if I'm just thick and missing something today.
Jude
