I second Gary Shroder of Australia who begs everyone not to reply without removing the long email below the message you’re sending. If you reply to a digest message without doing this, you will have made everyone’s next digest twice as long (and then 3 times, and on and on) and unreadable, with a bunch of old messages. But I gave a bittere gelegte (a bitter laugh) when I saw Gary’s entreaty itself repeated, as posters ignored him entirely.
