Silverhill Seeds continues in business. Rod and Rachel had the prescience to make arrangements that left the business to their long-time employee Ondine Schrick should anything happen to them. They did not have children and knew how important their seed business was. While there has been no date set, Rod and Rachel's book on the genus Gladiolus focused on the African species is approaching publication and PBS will announce the availability of the book when it is ready. There has been discussion about making the book available through PBS when the time comes which would be much easier than individuals having to order directly. As soon as we know, you will know.
