Lilies and cats

Last week my wife asked if we had any lilies in our garden, as she just found out they’re really toxic for cats. So tomorrow’s project is to dig up all the ones I planted last fall and this spring and move them into the greenhouse.

Something to be aware of if you have felines you love wandering in your garden.

I never realized how toxic they are to cats, even just licking pollen off of their fur can be toxic.

Not all lilies, but if you have cats you might want to do some research.
