Selling dandelion seeds reminds me of the time I was standing in line at a native plant show and the person in front of me was purchasing horsetails. I have horsetails growing all over my yard, the problem of having a creek in my backyard that often floods. I will never get rid of them. I was just picking a bunch out of my greenhouse that has a floor covered in landscape fabric and 4 inches of gravel. I have picked them growing in the middle of the crawlspace under my house. They come through asphalt, and even concrete, and if you’re not vigilant about picking them, they will cover your entire yard with 4’ tall spikes.

I couldn’t imagine willingly bringing them into your yard. I hate horsetails more than any other weed by a factor of 100.
