That is usually a result of a tag being added by someone's mail server 
using Spam Assassin, and those rules can be really strict, tagging the 
PBS post as possible spam but not removing it, still alerting the 
recipient. Mr. Knowles probably didn't notice it when he received the 
email, then it was part of the subject line when he replied.
