I've used Network Solutions (NetSol) for nearly 20 years as I think they were one of the first. I have never had a single problem in all the years I've used them as a domain host. I believe the advice to sign up with a new company (do the research first) and let them handle it for you. That's what you'll be paying them to do. And yes, there may be some transition problems and some work to be done, but the sooner the better, and complain to the international registry too as one member suggested. No sense letting anyone else be caught in this rotten company's snares!
