Problems with Neomarica caerulea

At the end of last April I purchased a Neomarica caerulea plant from a
nursery in Sicily. The plant arrived in perfect condition, however
here the minimum temperatures were around 15 ° C. I never tampered
with the growing medium and I placed the pot in partial shade and I
wet it moderately. Since then, not only the plant has not made new
leaves but now tends to turn yellow even if the current temperatures
are more favorable to this species.
I would like to understand what the problem is and if I have done
something wrong.
