I have been swamped with inquiries asking if I am still in business. I renewed my domain about ten days ago. The company, Mister.net, has not processed the renewal. This outfit did this last year also, and my web site was down for over a week. I have tried to get the EPP code from them so that I can transfer to another company, but they do not answer my e-mails, so basically are holding me hostage. I spent a month last year trying to transfer until I gave up, and now am in the same situation again. Checking with the Better Business Bureau, there are numerous complaints of a similar nature. If anyone can tell me how to get the EPP code from this outfit so that I can register with a different host, please let me know, I would be most grateful.
