You might try treating it with chelated iron. It may need the iron less than the other micro-nutrients (magnesium and manganese) usually found those preparations. I've been told the Noemaricas grows in soils high int Mg and Mn.

In my experience Neomarica is really forgiving. It does not require
strict conditions, like an orchid or something. So for Neomarica to
struggle is a really confusing situation for me.
