Hello Friends, I very agree with this only because I do not particularly care for Facebook. Maybe I'm too old fashioned but I like the more intimate and homey feel of this group. Everything seems to be getting gobbled up and bundled together and while I like efficiency and I also like the KISS principle. If we were to vote, I think you know where mine would be. Please don’t take my comments as negative, I just prefer simpler things and without all the muss and fuss. The loss of yahoo groups has already taught lots of (horticultural and other) organizations a lesson: any company can change any policy at any time. If we'd leave the mailing list behind, I'd vote for a solution as independent and open source as possible - that would be the opposite of Facebook.
