Volume 17, Issue 4 of the PBS Bulb Garden contains an article that will give you information on the requirements for the seed and bulb exchanges, beginning on page 9. So until Luminita has time to get the article sent out, the article in the Bulb Garden will provide a fair amount of information. As editor, my plan is to periodically reprint the basic information because PBS continues to regularly accept new members. EU exchange information will also be published periodically.
