Friends, A few years ago I planted seeds of this Morea and grew it to bloom here in Kansas City. It was in a somewhat protected spot and one winter killed it, but I think it went down to near 0 F and returned. I’d say it would be cold hardy in your locations on the W. Coast. Jim W.
