Hi,

Yahoo (which also supplies email for other companies like Verizon) is
blocking some posts from the list.

The reason they give is that some yahoo members have reported PBS posts
as spam.

This has been going on for over a month, but seems to have become worse
recently.

What can you do?

Use an email address different to Yahoo etc.
Change your subscription to digest mode
Tell Yahoo to stop blocking legitimate emails

You can view posts to the list and change your subscription settings from:

https://www.pacificbulbsociety.org/list.php

It will ask for your password, but there is a facility to send you a
reminder.

It seems volume of posts triggers the problem and that digest
subscribers are not affected.

We are currently writing to all yahoo etc subscribers asking for
confirmation that they still want to receive posts. Those who don't
reply will have their subscriptions set to "no mail" (again you can
change this setting).
