Dear all
I have been dabbling with lily seeds for a long time, and have listen to
many experts and practicants of lily seeds germinators. The NALS (North
American Lily Society) and NSLS (NorthStar Lily Society) frequently have
speakers during the educational meetings that speak on germinating lily
seeds. Martagon lily seeds, some of the most prized lilies of the colder
climate are some of the most difficult.
But we can "trick" them when we understand their needs.

Keeping the seeds away from moisture, in the freezer - best way to store
for longevity. Stratifying the cold and the warm in cycles of 6 weeks -
best way to germinate faster than a year at a time and get bulb growth.
Understanding the type of germination required -
