They were mailed one month ago.  Should they have arrived by now if they have not been received?

To answer a couple questions from Mary Gorton regarding seeds from Silverhill. Yes, seeds would have been destroyed most likely, if there was no Small Lots of Seed permit. Everywhere the regulations are tightening with regard to import/export of seeds and plants.

If, after Arnold's suggestions to use a different browser or operating system (another OS is not possible for most people), you have no luck, you can scrounge around the website to download the form and find the fax number for the proper office, then fax it. In any case, make sure you include your email address and explain why you had to fax it. I've always received prompt service form the folks in Maryland, so it shouldn't take long.
