Thank you everyone for your responses regarding my seeds. I received my seeds from Silverhill yesterday, just about a month after they were mailed. For the future I need to be sure I am following regulations though. Do you mail your yellow and green stickers to the vendor or can they be photocopied and emailed? The permit itself could be scanned and emailed.
