Dear Members of the PBS living in the European Union, We are about to announce the next Bulb and Seed exchange but before that we would like to inform you about two changes: The flat rate bonus of US$ 5,- for donors will be replaced by a credit which is equivalent of the postage paid for your donation. Some members have donated much and paid much for postage. This credit can be used for your own BX/SX order, used to pay for your membership or can be used to give a membership to a friend. It can be accumulated and can also be donated to the PBS. The BX chapter in the PBS website is being worked over and will soon go public, this is a preliminary notice,more details will follow. The other change is that donors can from now on request free seed envelopes from Martin Bohnet who handles the EU exchanges. email: <garak@code-garak.de> Please keep in mind that this applies to the EU BX only until further notice. We decided to introduce this because asking to pre-pack five packets of seed has caused a lot of understandable requests for seed envelopes. If you feel pre packing is too much, you can send your donation without pre packing.
